About
As for me personally, I left home to move out of state at a fairly young age, graduated from both a technical college and a university, served in the military, and worked in public service. I consider myself just an average blue-collar Joe. Like most average people, I see a lot of “wrong” in the world today, but maybe unlike most people, I can squeeze some spare time to try and do something about it. I don’t claim to be an expert in anything but I do have an open mind and I enjoy learning, asking questions, and challenging beliefs.
My goal here is to share perspectives, spark critical thinking, and encourage conversations that might move us closer to real change, or at least a better understanding of each other that we can all learn and grow from. I am also hoping for readers to respectfully share their perspectives, especially if they differ from mine.
To do that, I’ll share my point of view along with research, referencing experts and other reputable sources. I know there is a lot I do not know and may receive a lot kick-back given the topics I am wanting to discuss, but I believe that making sense of our ever changing world together, through open communication, is a step worth taking.
